Creating systems drive outcomes

Create the routines that drive outcomes

I believe in systems and creating a network of routines and daily habits that drive your goals and performance outcomes.

To be a high-performing individual you must adopt these principles daily.

The systems you set should be aligned with your goals and you shouldn’t deviate from the path you set forth.

If you want to drive fitness in your life, create the daily habits that align with being a physically active and healthy person:

  • Wake up earlier

  • Hydrate before caffeine

  • Workout in the AM

  • Track your food

  • Eat for your goal

  • Stretch, rest, and recover

  • Focus and mindset preparation for the lifting session

  • Reflect on your progress

All of these items including following a diet, day after day will create the system and habits to drive this high-performing outcome.

These skills can then be transferred to other growth areas of your life, be it your career and relationships.

It all starts with having a goal and a focused mindset. Keep pushing forward towards these goals and track your progress.
