Goal Oriented Fitness

 Goal oriented fitness

We all set goals in the beginning of the year and I am no exception to this trend.

I’ve always been a huge proponent of developing habits to increase focus, productivity, and overall wellbeing.

Most of these habits, I’ve found, have a foundation in fitness and being physically active.

I’ve trained, exercised, and worked with personal trainers for years and have developed this into my daily routine, where I don’t even think about it now.

This 2024 goal-centric period is a great way to reset and map out these fitness goals as they drive growth in all areas.

I am planning to compete in my first competition so mapping out exactly these fitness goals each day, week and month are critical, but it also provide me the clarity I need.

These types of goal mapping, with strategy and clarity spelled out, are a great way towards success.

What goals and performance habits are you looking to build this year?
