Goal Oriented Fitness

  Goal oriented fitness  We all set goals in the beginning of the year and I am no exception to this trend. I’ve always been a huge proponent of developing habits to increase focus, productivity, and overall wellbeing. Most of these habits, I’ve found, have a foundation in fitness and being physically active. I’ve trained, exercised, and worked with personal trainers for years and have developed this into my daily routine, where I don’t even think about it now. This 2024 goal-centric period is a great way to reset and map out these fitness goals as they drive growth in all areas. I am planning to compete in my first competition so mapping out exactly these fitness goals each day, week and month are critical, but it also provide me the clarity I need. These types of goal mapping, with strategy and clarity spelled out, are a great way towards success. What goals and performance habits are you looking to build this year?

Creating systems drive outcomes

  Create the routines that drive outcomes I believe in systems and creating a network of routines and daily habits that drive your goals and performance outcomes. To be a high-performing individual you must adopt these principles daily. The systems you set should be aligned with your goals and you shouldn’t deviate from the path you set forth. If you want to drive fitness in your life, create the daily habits that align with being a physically active and healthy person: Wake up earlier Hydrate before caffeine  Workout in the AM Track your food  Eat for your goal Stretch, rest, and recover Focus and mindset preparation for the lifting session Reflect on your progress All of these items including following a diet, day after day will create the system and habits to drive this high-performing outcome.
