My January morning routine for peak performance

I hope this message finds you in high spirits, ready to embrace a new day! Today, I'm excited to share the intricacies of my morning routine – a series of moments that shape the energy and enthusiasm for the adventures ahead.


**6:00 AM - Rise and Shine:**

The day begins promptly at 6 am. After a quick visit to the bathroom, I make my way to the kitchen to kickstart the day.


**6:10 AM - Water and Hydration. **

Hydration is key, so I kick off with two full glasses of water. A pinch of salt in the second glass adds a unique twist, replenishing electrolytes and keeping things interesting.


**6:15 AM - Java Indulgence:**

The delightful aroma of freshly brewed coffee envelops the kitchen as I prepare a robust cup to jumpstart my dad engine. Those first sips are a ritual, infusing energy for the day ahead.


**6:20 AM - Light Therapy Boost:**

At 6:30 am, I indulge in five minutes of light therapy, mimicking the sun's rays. It's a revitalizing experience that sets a positive tone for the rest of the morning.


**6:30 AM - Limber Up:**

A quick 15-minute stretch routine follows, waking up my muscles and shaking off any lingering sleepiness. It's the perfect prelude to a dynamic day.


**6:35 AM - Reading and Coffee:**

At 6:35 I will begin reading and enjoy my cup of coffee


**7 AM - Visualize and Plan:**

Before diving into the day's tasks, I take a moment to visualize success and plan my approach. This mental preparation ensures I face the day's challenges with a clear and focused mindset.


**7:10 AM - Dad and Son Time:**

The next minutes are dedicated to sharing a morning bottle with my son. This bonding experience is pure joy and sets a positive tone for the day.


**7:30 AM - Workout Ready:**

At 7:30 am, it's time to gear up for my workout. Whether it's a high-intensity session or a calming yoga routine, this is the moment I prepare for some physical activity.
